This is the proof of me sending the $31 to this person. This is to show that i havn't received the item i purchased, and to show i havn't traded it on. My Backpack Link (www.tf2items.com/LostMySocks) Details- I found this person on tf2outpost.com selling his Earbuds, at first he said they were $32 dollars, but i asked to buy them for $31. He agreed and told me to wait, me having a bad reputation went first and sent the money, after i told him i had sent the purchase, he went offline, at that point i checked his profile and he was online and in a tf2 game. I joined and tried to talk to him nut he did not reply. I then spoke to another Tf2 admin, and he suggested that i report this person. I know this is coming from a marked scammer, but i would like to report him. Thankyou
A scam is a scam- whether or not the victim is marked doesn't matter to me. NO ONE should be scammed. Also, since you paid but did not receive the item, you are free to issue a chargeback. When a Paypal user pays for an item but does not receive it, the Paypal user is fully within his/her rights to initiate a chargeback. I recommend that you do this as you never received your item. Thank you for the report.
