Description: Guy impersonating http://steamcommunity.com/id/ECGPenguin/ added me from SOP/Outpost, wanting to buy 30 keys for paypal. He directs me to the SOP rep thread on his steam profile, which does not match his steam account. This guy already has a offense in SR, reporting just in case he appeals or something.
