Sadly i don't have pictures of chat, however i have proof on backpack.tf that he gained and that i have lost out.

He put in 9 keys into the trade and then removed 2 keys the second i added in the white bills, we then traded. Later he claimed that he had given me the 9 keys and refused to give the extra 2 keys, i provided him with proof from backpack.tf and outpost, but he wouldn't take it. He has blocked all communications with me. Help?

Unless if you could get proof that the deal was a bills for 9 keys, I'm not sure if he can get marked. In the future, remember to take screenshots of the conversation.
