It's clearly a phishing scam and my friend is damn freaked, but he asked me to do the report for him, and so I did. Please mark this guy, I don't anyone getting scammed/phished in the TF2 or Steam Community.

This was all the guy said, there was nothing else. But one thing that I did notice, was that as soon as I added him, he posted that message straight away. Please get him off, I am very scared.
