Victim: No Victim, Attempted Scam Scammer: Screenshots of Conversation: http://imgur.com/Yyd5n,d7XQF http://imgur.com/Yyd5n,d7XQF#1 Link to Steam Profile: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198066699537 Trades: Closed Trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/2708604 New One: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/2713303 Description: My unusual was for sale normally for 3 buds, but at the time of this attempted scam, I was looking to quicksell for 2 buds or a Max's Head, but I was accepting paypal too. SilverCaptain added me and offered to pay 90-100 dollars (Not even an exact amount) for this unusual. He has a private bp, private steam, he also only has a couple of outpost trades as he is new. The main reason I know this was a scam is because as you can see in the screenshot, I told him multiple times that with 90-100 dollars he could easily get 3 buds and just give me promos, and he refused every time. When I asked a reason why he could not simply buy buds rather than overpay he would not answer and just started to troll me. Honestly, I don't really care that he attempted to scam ME, because I didn't lose anything. But I just don't want him to ruin anyone else's day. Also, when myself and one other person posted comments on his trade, he not only hid them but closed the trade and started a new one.

As of the information given everything is suspicious, however suspicion is not enough to mark an individual. I'll leave the thread open just in case you can provide definitive proof of a scam attempt.
Alright, what else would I need for it to be an attempt? Sorry, I had a feeling it may not have been enough, I just don't want people to lose money to this guy.
A specific example of the individual attempting to scam is really what is needed. The points you make are circumstantial, but not enough to go on to warrant a mark. If concrete evidence of a potential paypal scam arises, then please provide that evidence.
