Description :

Posting on behalf of victim as he isn't in the 'know' about bans and stuff.
Victim saw a post on [TF2Outpost](http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6312388) about a guy liquidating his backpack. Turns out, the guy was already in his friends list and had performed a previous trade. Talked to him about his BP and whether he'd want a game key redeemable on Steam. (I know SteamRep doesn't investigate those, but I/we have proof).
Talked to him about trading the weapons and hats (Basically, tradable part of his backpack and he agreed). My friend went first as it was a key and the other person redeemed it. Here, he started questioning the victim's motives and he said his 'brother' wanted him to scam the victim but he was 'thinking about it'.
Later says, he needs to go after trading only a hat and will give weapons later.
Scammer then unfriends victim and blocks him. Then he sets profile to private when I (DaedalusMinion/76561198043819621) add him.

Now, we know keys aren't investigation worthy but the intent is clearly shown. Below is a full transcript of the conversation. I know this is not the usual 'Ocean's 11' heist but it's still unfair.
