Improper Format 76561198067008939 Scammer

76561198067008939 aka "Bos of bosses" tried to scam my brother today by asking him for Strange Wrap Assassin For the Brand new Game "The Cave" you get Promotional Items Through Pre Purchasing it Through Steam My Brother Was Not scammed but he Wrote this on his Profile before i had a go at him for trying to scam my brother. He has no years 40 items in his Inventory and i have heard things on some servers he does scam and he doesn't. Thanks for your Time Have a Nice day
