Description:
I posted a trade offer than I was buying a clean HOUWAR for 9 buds. When I checked steam, I had 2 friend requests. Kyrill's, and Moonlight's. Both of them wanted to trade me their HOUWARs for 9 buds. However, Kyrill's was duped whereas Moonlight's wasn't. I told Kyrill that I didn't want to accept his offer because his was duped, and someone else was selling a clean one to me. We removed eachother and I proceeded to buy Moonlight's HOUWAR. A couple minutes after the trade, I check my HOUWAR and see it's gifted by Kyrill. It's the dirty one that I declined. I added Kyrill, and he says he bought Moonlight's clean HOUWAR for his dirty HOUWAR + 6 keys. I checked Kyrill's rep and it just had a warning from a while ago, so I didn't think he was a scammer (I checked again maybe 10 minutes later, and it said he was a scammer). I'm still not sure if they were working together to sell a dirty HOUWAR for 9 buds, but it seems like it. I've never had this happen to me before, but the chances that both of them would trade HOUWARs within such a small amount of time is miniscule. I tried to re-add Moonlight, but he declined. Kyrill hasn't removed me yet.

Also, another reason why I think Kyrill was in on it was because Moonlight's backpack didn't have 6 keys in it.

All Houwars have to be gifted, as they are achievement items. Simply put, unless it wasn't traded, It is going to have a gifted text. Also, I cannot find any evidence of duping on the hat anywhere.
