Declined 76561198067014580 (Rikudo Rinnegan)

Week ago I contacted steam about this case:

Guy had to make me 2 premium accounts for bills hat, he made one,took bill and ran away . I contacted steam about it but instead of helping steam banned my account which was made by that scammer and which was I using and where I had all my stuff. Steam said that if this account isnt made by you we cant help you and they just banned me.

They destroyed my dreams and took away what I was getting and collecting for year. I lost everything.

They took all my abilities I cant add, purchase talk to friends , gift items or trade or even use steam rep?!

I couldnt lo gin with that account so I made new one this an I am telling that from here .

My lost banned accounts username is Rikudo Rinnegan.

Steam doesnt care about that they are like robots which dont have feeling adn when they destroy our world and dreams they fell nothing.

So I contacted steam rep please I beg you help me somehow I have proof where I talk to that scammer about my accounts and where I give him bill. That time he wasnt scammer but now his account is on ban probation.

YOu can find him with name Dr.Potato but looks like account is empty he moved to new one. IF I can get him maybe evrything will be fixed?

Anyways please help me somehow ,tell steam or unban me or help me find that guy PLease!

Note that Steamrep is not Steam Support and they cannot unban you.

Your basicly looking at a misunderstanding by Support and the only thing you can do is make a new ticket explaining how you got banned unfairly.

Contact Steam Support and tell them that you think you have been banned unfairly, thus providing them with evidence as to why.

I talked them they said that account cant be made by someone adn used by someone else what I do? plz help me I lost everything

I have some questions:

1. Who initially created the account?
2. If you did not create the account, how did you have access to it?
3. How did a scammer access your account?

From what I am understanding, a scammer created your account and scammed something with it. However, you were somehow using this account. If you were using an account you did not create, no one can help you. This is why Valve's Terms of Service is VERY clear that you are not to buy or sell Steam accounts. If you bought an account from someone, that account is never actually yours. So if anything happens to that account, you cannot get it back nor any items or games you received through that account.

What Support says is true as this kind of activity regarding accounts can result in scammers reclaiming "their" accounts as they made the account, thus getting acces to whatever you have on it. You basicly made the mistake of trusting this kind of Premium promoting and paid the price for it as they considered the account to not be yours.

I also do not get why you moved your items from your main to the now banned Alt account.
