1 guy had to make 2 2 premium account for a bills hat I mean upgrade to premium he made 1 took bill adn ran away. Then I started using that 1 account which he made but steam banned it and said if isnt made by you isnt yours. The creator account said that will help me if he loggs in so I need you to trade ban my account adn when I say unbann it so if he steals it he couldnt sell my items will you do that for me?

First, we do not apply trade bans. Only Valve applies trade bans and it is up to them whether or not they would do so.
