The Scammer add me on steam and we did the conversion above. He'd deleted me and i cant reach him. i just want the justice will be done.

he continue to lie, now to paypal, he talk about virtual key but in the chat he talk about gift... Lier, Lier, Lier.

He added a +rep comment to a confirmed scammer: "dealed via paypal, went first +rep". Maybe that is an alternate account.
