Obviously the mods and admins would rather everyone know his devious past rather than let him skip by on a new account.

and mods, he gave back my hat. actually it was his fault he didnt know that he gave me a wrong item but he apologized and gave back my hat. soo would you dont ban him because he'll be pretty mad about it.

and he doesnt scam anymore

once a scammer always a scammer. next time an oppurtunity presents itself, who knows what he'll do. its like a police record. it'll f✿✿✿ you up permanently. maybe you shoulda given your "friend" the benefit of the doubt. but this report will be here to stay and helping a "former" scammer will only make you look bad.
