A friend of mine who was a highlander admin of the Asian teams asked me if I wanted to buy his account. I've known him for 2-3 weeks while he was helping me sign up for highlanders. I looked at his items and saw that I liked it, he also had poker night the inventory 1 and 2, so I said yes. I gave him 10 buds for his account,
changed the email and password, then I gave him his buds on his alt, which is now his main account. I played around on it, then wanting to trade I saw I couldn't because of a ban, he said something of this before, but he said it was a minor penalty for something he didn't do. I was hopping around trade servers when I realized half of them wouldn't let me in because I was marked a scammer. I looked at the steamrep account and saw the account is a marked scammer.

SR policy is very clear buying/selling/trading accounts in no way negates a scam tag so we cant help you. Invalid.
