it doesnt show because i traded steam trading cards not like normal tf2 items so it doesnt show the cards

No, I think Sjru is looking for a complete screenshot of your entire screen. Including irrelevant stuff like your desktop and other trades, completely unedited/uncropped. That way they know you haven't been reimbursed, and that you aren't just editing the screenshot so that the return (which I'm assuming didn't happen) doesn't appear.

TL;DR just send a screenshot of your entire screen. Don't edit it.
