What Happened?

It's a bit of a story, but here it goes. I put up a trade on outpost selling my professional scattergun kit. (here is the trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17081099). This guy offers me $100 USD, and because that's a good deal I added him. He showed be photos of what appeared to be his past paypal transactions, and so I went first. He sent me a screenshot of his trade history showing the payment was made. However the money never entered my account. I called paypal and they told me that there was never a deposit sent to my account. He said he was trying to fix it with paypal, but proceeded to remove me from his friends list and he did not accept my requests back.

Evidence:

The guy removed me before I could grab chat history, my apologies. The deal was $100 USD for my professional scattergun kit. I sent him the kit (which can be seen applied to his scattergun in his backpack), and he told me he sent the money on paypal. After a couple days he kept repeating that paypal was just being slow, and then removed me after I called paypal and heard nothing was added to my account.

I have included a few screenshots. The first one is showing that there has been no deposits in my paypal account in over a month (nomoney.png)

The other is the screenshot he sent me supposedly showing his deposit, which must be photoshopped (33lci0l.png)

The third one is an email stating that I would recieve a confirmation email if a deposit was made, which never came. I don't feel comfortable releasing my email inbox but I can do so. I also had a phone conversation with someone from paypal who said my account had never had this deposit made. (paypal.png)

heres the trade history. The chem set was supposed to be security for me, to be returned when I got the money. He blocked and removed me and I have no way to return it.

I never blocked you. I removed you because of the suspicion that you were scamming me. And for good reason. I've contacted PayPal and they said that the transaction was completed. I sent the money, it was completed. I can't charge back now, because it was completed. I won't spend 200$ because of a mistake on your end.. Here is the completed transaction.

Also started to harass me publicly.

The money never entered my account. Paypal specifically told me that there was never money sent to my account.

Bottom line is that he received the item and I didn't receive the $100, and he then blocked and removed me.

I've already said I didn't block you. Whatever may have happened is you or PayPals problem now. The 100$ is out of my account and in someone else's. Thanks for the trade and I hope PayPal is able to get you the money you deserve. I've reported the incident on my end so that is all I can do.

Also, I removed you when you began to harass me. Not because of some PayPal call. I had told you I was extremely busy with other matters and that yours were being looked into by PayPal.
Please post fact instead of opinion.

I've explained why I've removed you. I'm not going to bother the staff with a huge conversation on a thread. Ill leave the evidence to them. Until a decision, I wish you the best of luck. I'd ask you to stop publicly harassing me though. Ill post something here the minute PayPal emails me.

I'd appreciate it if an admin went over this, did lose $100 :/ whenever someone is free it is highly appreciated
