hello , it says i need proof of innocence but i didnt do anything to get banned

i am regular trader i only play dota 2 i dont know what happened i open my steam account and its banned for life .
i dont know what exacty happened but i think it was because this guy in steam hi steam name name Watson
he sells me very cheap items i think they are scammed or something he changes his name couple of days
i know this is very stupid i am very sorry i will never trade like this again but he gave me items for low number of keys please investagate it please man i had alot of items .
and may i ask if u accept will my items return ? please tell me soon so if i need new acoount and buy dota 2 again .thank you
