I had traded with him when he was a market scammer, and at the time I didnt know it wasnt allowed nor did I check to see if he was a scammer. I cant agrue I didnt trade with him, but It was a first time when I didnt know it was wrong

How can I sort this out? Its been a long while since Ive traded with yann, and I know its not and excuse for me but I really do want to fix this

There any way to get rid of this old report? I've already been banned for a year on steam rep because me having traded with these scammers. Do they stay permanently?
