Description: Made me an offer on tf2outpost to buy my hat with paypal, saying he has reputation. We came to an agreement on the price, as shown in chatlogs, and he gives me his reputation thread. Turns out the steam url on the rep thread leads me to another person, and when I asked him about it, he told me it's his alt. When I ask him to add me on that main account, he says okay, and disappears. I've added the real trader to inform him, but he has yet to accept my request, reaffirming my assumption that this was an impersonator, and the real trader has no inkling of what is going on. He used the real trader's steam64 id has his custom url to fool people.

Sufficient evidence, in my opinion. Marking as ready for review.
