Description: A (short) description of where/how you encountered the person, and the deal, the attempted scam, and the outcome. The pics should tell the full story.
I was on the trade server, when he came in, and offered to purchase items for PayPal. I asked for his rep thread, and he claimed to not know what they were, and I just understood this as him being a junior trader. I showed him my source-op rep thread, and offered him two unusuals at sixty dollars a piece.

He then demanded I trade first. I explained that I had reputation with cash transactions and he did not, and requested he add me to Steam if he wanted to continue the deal. He then claimed he had no time, and he had to go, so I scrabbled to get screenshots of the chat window, before he closed it.

He then immediately advertised once more (Seen in Steam screenshot) with:
    Code:
9acdff+HITMEN+ : BUYING STUFF FOR PAYPAL MONEY
All in all, he didn't get anything, but he's evidently trying to scam.
Copy a transcript of the chat below that. For readability: Put the text between [ code ]text here [ /code ] tags, remove the spaces within the brackets and it will show up the same as this part of the text.

Without anything occurring, we cannot do much with this except for archive it for future evidence in the event of wrongdoing. Thanks for the report.
