I tried to help him with this issue already.

He sended a ticket and BurtonJ is aware of this, tho he made multiple tickets about the same issue, He feel scared to close the tickets related to this issue other than the one burtoinJ is aware of 5208-FVBN-4097.

BURTONJ ADVICE IS TO DELETE USELESS TICKETS OF THIS ISSUE, and waiting.

I have a screenshot, he actually tried to trade it to me before bvut i accidently closed the chat window instead of pressing Alt Shift 4 for a screenshot using a screenshot program.
So i reasked him.

The scammer shared me a scamming link, probably the same he shared to OP to get hijacked

He now asked to add him on TF2 outpost BUT he asked this with the same account he used to start this very exact trade.

Possible alt of the scammer, since he use a lot of tf2outpost, maybe a tf2outpost admin might verify his alt.

I can confirm through TF2Outpost that http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3074684 proves that he had one of the items and really didn't care regarding the pricing. The item also passed through the following account: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3101537. This individual is on the accused individual's friends list. The friends list consists of the following IDs:

I hope to see the hijacker beeing marked permanently if possible .
