Essentially this person was attempting to buy as many keys as possible from people who did not know the value of items. He offered me around 6 regular weapons for 5 keys after i declined he raised his offer to the "fair" 6 weapons and 1 birdman of abeerdeen. When i asked for more he refused, most of wich you will see in the trade chat below, with the eception of the refusal for higher payment (i just copy pasted cus i dont know how to screen shot shift tab).
