Then my steam acount randomly closed and i couldnt get back onto my account. 1 or 2 hours later i managed to get onto my account and i went onto dota 2 and when i checked my backpack load of my items had dissappeared so i checked my inventory history and apparently i traded loads of my items to the hijacker/scammer , even though i didn't. If you could please help me by getting my items back or reversing the trade i would be so thankful. P.S. I dont have any pics of us having a steam chat because we never got into contact with eachother.
Hello, if your account has been hijacked, please submit a ticket to Steam Support and screenshot your results (only they can restore your items).
It has been more than 10 days since i put a ticket on steam support and they sstill haven't replied how much longer do you think it will take?
