He said he was collecting Orbiting Fire Unusuals (if you check his backpack you can see that there are now two, but before there was only one. Mine is the Crocleather Slouch painted Radigan Connagher). He offered me $65, but when I said I wanted more, he was willing to go up to $72. He made me go first as he had more rep (3 pages of it). After I traded it to him, he said he had to leave, and blocked me. He sent me the above screenshot when he said that he was ready to send the money as long as I went first.
