no you can't get it back unless he decides to return it, go to your inventory, click on "view inventory history" at the top right take a SS of where you traded Kraken a unusual Tyran'ts and received nothing in return Valve will not restore your item due to breaking T&C, a expensive lesson learnt my friend, here is where you went wrong, - you have exactly 300 more tf 2 playing hours than him - his join date is July 29 2012 - all rep comments came in on the same day and is most probably faked with these clues above, what made you think he had more rep that you ever did? good luck!
