After a while a few people suggested I take his offer, however he insisted that I go first because he had been scammed earlier. I sent him the hat after about an hour of negotiating, but I never received any money I was instantly blocked of all communications. He has multiple fake comments on his account and I has reason to believe that he has scammed at least two other unusual hats. So far he has been banned on a few trading servers but nothing major has been done to him.
