Description: So this was a friend of mine I met in-game and had him on my friends list for quite a while. Suddnely he messaged me saying : Hey, I got this site where you donate items or hats or miscs and you get money in your Steam Wallet. When you give me the item I give you the link and you subscribe there and you restart Steam and have the money ( P.S I am kinda new to trading so I fell for it though I wasn't really beliving what he said ). So I gave him a Strange Botkiller Wrench Mk. II and he said ok that's 10 euros..nono 10.15 euros and I gave him the item, restarted Steam and BAM he was offline..I know this isn't much of a scam but I really liked the item and I want him banned because I heard he scammed more people he said he had 33 subscribers.

While you did provide a transcript I don't believe that it probes that he's a scammer
Unless you have a screenshot of his saying that you would get steam wallet funds for trading him, SR can't mark him
