Description:
He randomly added me, then I looked up his id and found he's already marked for impersonating this guy 76561198045742783(Captain Yeah Toast!).
And then, as I expected, he attempted to scam me.
The conversation's shown above and obviously that's a phishing link.

they are a community operated by ukrainians. You can 'kill' one today but there's too many of them
