Steam chat log is in attached files! He told us many things using trade chat so there is no "i hav the quick switch hack k?" or "i give you 2 key if u no tell anybody" << this is what he said in the trade chat

Description:
He used quick switch hack to get my Stout Shako, I clicked TRADE button when there WAS an Business Casual that he wanted to give me for my hat there but after the trade there were no itemc acquired. Later in the steam chat he was that stupid that he told us that he has the quick switch hack. He has 2 Stout Shakos in his inventory but the lvl 31 is mine. He got the second stout shako after he scammed me for mine. As you can see, Business Casual with my Stout Shako is still in his inventory...

Do you have screenshots of the trade window showing the quickswitch?

I dont know if you can call it quick switch, there was a business casual in there when I clicked trade button. And no I dont have screenshot of the trade because you cant use F12 to take screenshots of Steam in game GUI and I didnt even knew that he is gonna scam me..

Without any screenshots to support the claim, there isn't much that can be done. I would recommend getting a program that allows quick on-demand screenshots.

Personally I use Gyazo (http://gyazo.com/) because it allows the picture to be any size needed and automatically uploads.
