He said he would pay via Paypal and i said ok may I see your SourceOP, Steam Rep, etc.. He then sent me to a Steam Rep profile page that said that the account was made yesterday which was true. Also this guys profile was set to private. After this I checked his sourceOP and noticed that the steam ID was different from the steam rep page. So this is when things got messy. After that he said that I needed to send the hat first in order to get the money. I said that he didnt have enough rep and he said ok then no deal. Then I was going to delete him he said wait he would go first. Then I gave him my paypal email and the info to put in the notes and he said he sent the money. I never received the money and he said that o there must be a bug with paypal. Then I said that I accused him of scamming and he deleted me as a friend.
