You should post information about the victim and the scammer, take some screenshots and describe what happened - what you've posted here looks like it isn't the evidence.

If you see people have a low to no postcount it is best to do it for them as they most likely dont know how even when directed to the Acceptable Format thread.

if this is enough evidence then could you either make him give me the hat back or just ban him?

Sorry we are not Valve, and thus cannot do those things. Report this scam to Valve if you want action to be taken on their side.

Also, how exactly did you get scammed? Please provide details on this case.

he said he will pay me on paypal and during that time i didnt know there was a steam rep. when i checked his account people said he was a good trader so i thought it was a goof idea

and i did report to valve already

and is this enough evidence to get him marked as a scammer?
