I expected him to be a normal trader, from TF2Outpost, offering on one of my trades because I had recently set up a trade on TF2Outpost.com. So I accepted his request, presuming he were to only offer in TF2 items. However, that was not the case; he wanted to pay money for my unusual. I was sceptical in the beginning, but he sent me a link to 'his' steamREP profile (initially, I did not consider it to be fake). He claimed he would pay me through steamwallet. I did not understand how he would do that, but he seemed to be relaxed and had claimed to have done it numerous times, so I did not feel the need to enquire. The next bit of the chat is a bit rushed, and I didn't really have a complete grasp about what was going on. He promised to pay me via steamwallet, and I followed through, foolishly, costing me my unusual bonk helm with effect stormy storm. Despite it saying that I was recording, I only said that in attempt to prevent him scamming me, I lied to him, claiming that I was recording the trade and chat all along. Unfortunately, I do not have time-stamps on in this chat but the chat began around 6:15AM and concluded at around 11:15PM.
