Reporting for a friend as he's in no shape to report in a sober or stable state.
They even got his email account.
We're working to get back his steam, but steam support will be sending replies to that hijacked email account.
Have instucted the victim to provide an alternate email and contact steam support once more.

It appears the hijacker has already took all the items from his game, Team Fortress 2 (except untradeables).
Managed to trace him down via backpack.tf's backpack history filter by matching one of the victim's craft number item and tracing the last user via tf2outpost's item history.

Hijacker has already been banned permanently from TF2Outpost, but still reigns freely in bazaar.tf, seling what's he didn't get to sell in tf2outpost, including his unusual. Figured a report and a tag in case hijacker attempts to scam.
