Description: He had a post a post in Outpost: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11554068
We began the trade but the minigame wasn't properly (it has only 1 use) and then, regarding he has multiple post, he is not sure what I am talking and then blocked me and marked the trade in Outpost as done.

I am guessing you didn't go through with the trade, so no harm done.

Few things to note here:

1: The guy obviously speak Spanish, so there s a chance he doesn't understand
2: He may well be a newer player who has no idea about the number of uses on a Minigame
3: SteamRep doesn't usually deal with item under a bills hat in value (mainly because the sheer number of posts would cause them to slit their wrists.
4: Oh and also the OP listing clearly shows two uses remaining if you mouse-over it.

In other words I am sure SR will not tag for this, besides taking into account the above, and the chat log, no scam occurred.

Scammer in question doesnt seem to know the mechanicsof a duel minigame, therefore we will not process this report further.
