    1. not having succeeded doing so doesn't mean the intend wasn't there.
    2. Been scammed yourself isn't a argument for scamming by you.

    You took his money and had no intention of delivering, just b/c he got his money back from PayPal does not absolve you of wrongdoing. We have a strict appeal policy for dealing with IRL currency related scams, and that is to deny them. This case clearly falls in that category on top of your other attempted scamming/impersonation/denying you have another alt.
