the guy send me a trad request, i accepted, he offered me "That 70's chapeau" and "the rogue's col roule" and I show him all my craftable hats and I ask him to pick two, after that he change his second item by an uncraftable version and accidently i've accept the trad with ALL my hats and misc.
after that, he disconnects and change his name.

do you have any chat conversation about the agreement of the deal? do you have a screenshots of him replacing the rogue's col roule?
i don't think there is enough evidence here to prove your case honestly
i'm not 100% sure the situation with the admins regarding this issue, but i think it's partly your fault for not rechecking the items again after he had "connection problems"

on a side note, uncraft items are going up in value more then craftable, it might be a better investment this way, if you're thinking long term

Hello, we need an actual screenshot of the agreement showing that you agreed on a "Craftable" item and that he quickswitched, if possible.
