This actually not a scam report, I am posting this because one guy (S |LAB|) rejected an offer we have agreed on. He went offline and by the time he logged back, I should have (and have) got the money to buy his Max head. But what happened? The offer was good, so instead of spending my money elsewhere (possibly making profit) I have been waiting for this guy for few hours. When he came back, he told me "I got a better offer". So instead of spending my time and money elsewhere, I've been waiting for this guy like a fool. Actually, I can't remember anyone doing this to me before. That's why I am here. not a scam. I suggest you delete this since you are wasting the moderator's time and preventing actual scammers and sharks from being properly labeled.

Taken directly from the SteamRep FAQ: Refusing to trade last minute isn't scamming. Yes, he was a bit of a dick for doing that, but it's not scamming nonetheless. This is not a scam. Stop being butthurt. You also did not use proper format. Next time you come here, please read this thread carefully before submitting a scam report. http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/...-look-at-acceptable-format-before-posting.51/ The Admins already have a lot of work to do here. Don't waste their time by submitting messy reports.
Seriosuly, No need to be such a wannabemods (no offense here) people... Thank you for your help, letting me understand "rules" better. I did not see anywhere that it is forbidden to post topics like this, it's just improper format. I posted it because I hate when people are doing things like this. That's it.
