This guy has a trade on outpost asking for a key on his bill's hat (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12714998)
I added him to discuss this madness. It turns out he is looking for a "noob" to scam for his own profit. BY swiping out the hat with a weapon or something along those lines.

Allways add yourself as the reporter even if you didnt get scammed;
