Improper Format 76561198070755586 (Bro its me)

Alright this was a group effort scam or someone having multiple alts. What happened was Wiz king (76561198036193362) was holding a large scale raffle with all the keys,unusuals and metals in his inventory what he did was have his friend or other alt the winnings. he started the raffle which was suppose to be a 10 man raffle at 3 gave us numbers and chose his friends number, after this they left the server and traded all there stuff to bro its me (this includes entry fee). the current holder of the items is (76561198072644837). i also have screenshots of there inventory and holders of the unusuals. i have other screen shots (contact me) if need
