Description : He Told Me That He Would Give Me P2000 Silver Skin From His Friend, If I gave him P250 Splash, and now after I gave him, He told that "You didn't give me anything"

I may not be a SteamRep authorized user but I do know what one of them might say about your screenshot evidence:
Upload it to your post(in your case, a reply to this thread) and use the "Upload a File" button to upload your screenshot, reason they have you do this is because if the screenshot gets deleted on the hosting site they can't access it, if it's uploaded to the post via the "Upload a File" button, it can't be deleted because it's on the SteamRep servers.
