Description:
Encountered through TF2 outpost after he saw a trade from me about selling my painted bill's hat for 11 keys. He added me, and offered me 2 keys and promised he would pay me the rest later. I wasn't falling for it and ignored his attempt. He continued to adamantly offer me "his favourite hats" and such, and even called me on voice chat to reiterate his offer. I decided to end the caall and just delete him, after recording his details and such.

Well this doesn't 100% prove it was a scam, although it seems like it was. I will move this report along though, but I suggest he get a caution tag.
