Invalid 76561198071158994 tried to scam me

This person just tried to scam me a few minutes ago, the pictures explain it all

Sorry but this seems like a sharking report. Steamrep doesn't cover shark reports, though you can try and report him to a community such as MannCo Trading that does.

They also asked to "borrow" my bills and another hat, which I sadly, didn't get a screenshot of

That would count as a scam, but unfortunately, it can't be proved without a screenshot (completely irrelevant, but I find it ironic how this guy is in a group called Anti-Scams).

This is not a scam, and it doesn't really qualify as a "shark".

Certainly the guy is dreaming if he thinks he can claim "3 keys" as the price of black paint applied to an item, and he later 1 bud claim is very far fetched. People exaggerate the worth of their items all the time, but in this case it seems to me overpricing is not enough to warrant "sharking" accusations, and there is no overt lying or deception involved, at least not the extent that would convince me to ban as "shark" on servers I help manage.
