I was trading with him on a TF2 trading server, he said he put four hats in and that he couldn't see my bow even though it was there and he got me to confirm... It proceeded to the next screen saying I had acquired no new items.

Would you post trade history?

I'm fairly certain what Helen needs is a reference for that. In this case you have posted a single trade. However, there is no way to verify by that screenshot alone. Please retake the screenshots for the date in question (September 15) and in addition, be sure to include the trade prior to the first trade and the trade subsequent to the final trade for the date in question.

Enough time has been given and the user failed to give the requested information.
