He was a so called "friend" who sharked me of my unusual crocleather w. planets worth 22-30 keys for a rimmed raincatcher and a craft hat and a ref which is valued at 20-22 keys. Making him a profit of about a bills hat. I wanting to give him a chance, gave him but he didn't do it. I told him give me 4 keys because that's the difference and I would give back his hat and refine. But not accept my deal, then I said just trade back everything.

What I want is him to give it back or either just ban him from all online website/Steam trade. If you also look at this bp.tf : http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198071236526 All of a sudden on March. 12th he jumped from 160 to 240 dollar.

Sorry but this is a shark report. Steamrep doesn't cover shark reports, though you can try and report him to a community such as MannCo Trading that does.
