Improper Format 76561198072136657 (ethanducharm)

I was in a trade server, wanting to buy a Strange Flare Gun. He sent me a trade request and I accepted. I've been looking for a Strange Flare Gun for a couple days with no luck. So i was excited when he added a flare gun to the trade. I was so excited i didn't even look at its quality and added 2 ref and accepted. I went into my backpack to add the strange parts i had gotten previously for it to find that it was, in fact, not strange. I sent him trade request to ask for my refined metal back, but he declined them, and has now blocked communications with me.
