Pretty open and closed case. If you read the screenshots, he says this is his alt account: http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/97036-Unfortunately-No-s-Rep-Thread But you cant be to sure that he isnt just linking someone else's info and rep but ya, i will leave you to deside on that one.

I did a little research and I wasn't able to find anything conclusive linking both accounts (different country, user agent, etc).
