Description: Highly suspected raffling scam by "That Sexy Man"/Bilbo Swaggins
Reason for suspicion:
-Claim that the raffling prize is a Ghost Team Captain he just unboxed this monday. This is a false claim because ghost effects are officially retired as a halloween effect.
-Scammer has private BP
-Rushing to victim to buy in to the raffle
-Suggest that the victim uses a high value item to enter (an unusual), and potential scammer ensures that the victim shown here will win the raffle by buying in with a unusual.

Just fyi, i'm reporting this for the targeted victim.
