Description:
This guy added me while we were both in a trade server. He said he wanted to buy my unusual, I haggled the price a bit, and we settled on an offer. But instead of doing a regular trade he insisted on doing a "high trade". I smelled a scam right away, and the fake website he sent me reinforced my suspicions. Also, I saw the accused had been marked for simular before, which was successfully appealed (both via TF2OP). Those incidents happened around the same date as your initial report, Okt 2nd.
