Looked at my replies for SteamTrades and Tf2Outpost. No replies. Checked SteamRep, dude had (and has) a good rep. Profile was public at the time. Engaged in trade. Sent keys, validated, went to Steam Trade for gifts. I made the mistake of hitting confirm first instead of waiting for him to do so. He cancelled the trade at the last sec - I waited around 1 minute until the notice popped up that the trade was cancelled. Gave the impression of a normal trade. Went private and now friends-only on profile. Tried all keys - none could be activated. Received no gifts in Steam Trade. Had one copy of Torchlight and War of the Roses before the trade - one was agreed upon in receipt for keys. I have none of the other games in my inventory nor have had them. None of the keys posted above are registered to my account. They are all registered either to his or an alt. All comments on his SteamTrades and Steam Profile are from a group of guys that comment on each others profiles for artificial rep inflation. Check the timestamps. Didn't get a screenshot of Trade Window (dumb) because the actual game placement and agreement only took ~30 seconds. Most of it was waiting, thinking Steam was being slow. I only blacked out the remaining good keys in the above photos. They are cropped but not resized to avoid showing account information.
Even though I was trading not gift game keys, he is abusing the Steam system and economy. He has a clean Steam Rep because of his chosen method of operation. I think at least a "Caution" is warranted if you find this in my favor.
