What happened? Description:

I got scamed of a DragonClawhook , Entropic Axe , Shoulder , Helmet , Gen Armlet , hellstrider , Rotten Stache . I got to know this middleman from another scammer which in the name of Adam Sandler http://steamcommunity.com/id/adamsandler123/ . He was gonna give me a steam wallet code to pay for my items and he suggested Jing to do it . In the end they both cheated me .​

Check out the Jing private message .... he directly went offline which is very obvious already . They even told me i need to pay a fee which was weird .​

I added Rojan to trade $ for a set of TI3 couriers, he requested that we use a middleman and brought in Jing. I sent Jing the items, as well as some extra items he wanted to purchase, and after I sent the items both left the group chat.

First of all, if you bothered to read my profile, it clearly states the fees for the middleman. I have never asked for a fee. It has always been free, but tips are greatly appreciated.

Please go to your profile -> inventory -> inventory history from the steam client. Please include a screenshot of the trade in question. Then left click on the name of the user you traded with. That will bring you to their steam profile page. Right click anywhere on that page and copy the Steam Page URL. Please post that here.

I've posted a screenshot of my inventory via the web since I don't have access to steam from my current location. I can redo the screenshot from the steam client if an admin from SR requests for it, but people need to seriously add a nickname to my ID when you add me so a middleman injection scam doesn't occur and not accept trade requests from the middleman. Sellers always initiate the trade with the middleman and the middleman always initiates the trade with the buyer. That way we don't have items going to the wrong people.

Hi I saw Jing's post on Reddit, and I came to check out the case.

Basically it's a case of impersonation.

Their accounts look VERY similar. It's extremely possible for 1 to mistaken it for the other.
If you compare the two, you can see, it's EXTREMELY similar.

BTW, the impersonator's account was retrieved from Rojan Ortiz's friend list.
