    Did not scam anyone. was just having fun with brother and renamed my profile to a name similar with a middleman or admin or whatever in steamrep and got banned for that.Did not scam anyone neither wanted to scam.Wont make the same mistake again,please remove the tag.

    So this ban appeal is active since may. I made a sincere apology for the "scam attempt". I beg you to check this. Its active since May 26. I need my acc unbanned. Give me a second chance pls.

After a review, I am unable to determine intent, but you also have not followed up as requested (and have a non public profile). I am downgrading the tag for now and leaving the door open for a new appeal of the caution tag if you so choose.
